Duties.

  • Meet and welcome walk-in customers, introduce and inform on the latest product and service, provide live demonstration on demo gadgets. 
  • Recommend gadget(s) based on the customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Process new and or upgrade of cellular lines by processing the customers documents i.e. ID copy, Pay slips, bank statement   as per NCR regulations,
  • Filling documents electronically on Telkom database for future references,

 

  • Perform stocktaking to verify the out of stock indicated on the Stock database against physically stock on hand,
  • Report losses of stock to the store manager for further investigation,
  •  Recommend stock order(s) of the most selling vs less selling to ensure there is sufficient to service customers,
  • Receive new stock orders, verify against the order placed and signoff the good received document if no discrepancy arose/ send the stock back if the order delivered is incorrect,
  • Receive and process cash or credit payments,
  • Digitally advertise latest stock and offers on social media,
  • Attend to Adhoc enquiries either telephonically or live interaction.
