I have 10 years experience working as a Administration Officer in the Banking sector. My responsibilities include create and implement innovative methods in banking administration aspects, handling, resolving customers requests,  needs and queries. Capture and request files, contracts from Metrofile, internal and external administrative support to clients and vendors. Updating clients details andload the debit order on the system, compile monthly collection, commission and set off statistics for management. Assist with daily,  monthly stats and build trust with the clients. 

I was studying B Com Financial Management through Unisa but its  incomplete due to the funds. I have obtained E Natis Administration Certificate and Real Estate Agent Certificate.
