My ability to multitask, pay close attention to detail, and adapt quickly to new systems makes me well-suited to support both administrative and customer-facing functions in a professional and efficient manner.

I have completed coursework and training in office administration, which equipped me with practical knowledge of business communication, record management, computer applications, and basic accounting. My education emphasized organizational skills, time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, preparing me to handle scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support tasks effectively. This background has given me a solid foundation to manage office operations, assist with reporting, and provide reliable support to both staff and management.
