I am a dependable assistant with good supply management, recordkeeping and schedule coordination skills dedicated to keeping professionals focused and prepared for daily requirements. I have the ability to produce business correspondence, detailed reports and useful spreadsheets using diverse software programs and technical skills. I am very respectful, punctual and hardworking. I have also been told that I am empathetic and of a kind-hearted nature when it need be. I am dedicated with good experience in the industry. I am able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and I have the ability to expertly complete assigned tasks with focus on quality. I am a dependable and quick-learning team player with effective communication and organization skills. I have a proven track record of maintaining efficient office preparations, expertise in scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing travel and expense reports, and transcribing minutes. I believe I am a reliable personal assistant with a track record of initiative and accuracy. I am highly organized, and I consistently anticipate the needs of clients. Lastly, I am a skilled multitasker, proficient in Microsoft Office and correspondence management, and i work exceptionally well with any PC or Printer of any sort.  

I worked as a Personal Assistant for the principal of Bartimea School. 

I also worked as a Deputy Chairperson for The Faculty Student Council of Humanities at the University of the Free State: South Campus.

I have an N4in Business Management at Motheo TVET college; a Higher Certificate in Humanities majoring in Psychology and Sociology from UFS: South Campus and I am currently studying my Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Psychology and Sociology at the University of the Free State.
