Over the years, I have built up lots of skills and qualities that I believe will be of benefit to SARS, now and in future
I am a very strong team worker and I understand that in order to achieve different projects and tasks one must work with other people, and I must bring their skills and experience
I am very good at working under pressure, and I actually prefer to be in that situation where pressure is on, because I believe that’s where I am at my best.
I am also very good in building relationships with clients and stakeholders and I feel it will be beneficial to SARS as an organisation from service perspective
Highlights of my career include in particular in my last and current roles, I was praised by my managers for good customer service and managing teams in a highly unionised environment
So, I am very focused in achieving difficult tasks and projects that are aligned to strategic objectives of the organisation.
I am a type of a person who will work hard, I will never let you down and I will always act as positive role model when dealing with taxpayers, stakeholders, peers, team members and my senior leadership.

 Currently working for South African Revenue Service for the past 20 years , held a number of positions, i am currently leading a team of about 45 staff members, Banking Experience, NGO Experience
