Ntshidiseng Paulinah Raboroko

My Name is Ntshidiseng Paulinah Raboroko. I’m a Good Receiving Clerk at Sutherland Superspar since March 2023.

I started working at Superspar as a General assistant in November 2020. I have learned customer service there through GUEST method which made my customer service experience exceptional. I have 4 years experience in customer service.

I’m a hard working person, self-motivated and dedicated. I give my all to the service I give for exceeding clients’ needs and company’s goals. From my current role, I have gained some skills namely, communication, active listening, phone etiquette, multitasking, data entry, attention to details, time management, computer literacy and typing. I have also learned to collaborate with the team because I believe ” together is better than to do it alone”.

I’m currently employed as a Good Receiving Clerk at Sutherland Superspar. I’m responsible for capturing incoming invoices and processing claims for returns, filing all documentation, GRV all items daily, processing purchase orders, answering incoming calls, responding to emails, scanning, managing inventory.

I’m holding National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting obtained in 2019 at Central University of Technology, Free state.
