I am trustworthy, punctual and disciplined I also have gained 12 months of working experience overseas working as a hotline cook in a 4 star hotel called Mohonk Mountain House which is located in the upstate of New York aligned with my 3 years of experience at the Cape Town Hotel as an assistant chef, I am a good problem solver, I am able to improvise when necessary, critical thinker, I am a great leader and an excellent team member with efficient communication skills, I am a good listener very creative and also I possess an innovative personality. I would like to gain a little bit more of experience in the hospitality industry, learn the different cuisine cultures across the world, I am also keen in increasing how I develop different recipes and also improve my ability to work long hour shifts. I would like to a chef but not just in large kitchens, I want to be an in-flight chef for an Airline or on a yacht, boat and cruise liner. Being a product developer would be a great experience too and supply interesting products to big companies in the industry. I enjoy conversing with customers and working as a front house manager could also be my forte and I’m also good with numbers and keeping stock so being a food and beverage manager could also be another avenue worth experiencing.
