I have a certificate in hospitality management. I have passion for the hospitality industry, I plan on finishing my studies as soon as I have funds. I have excellent customer service, I currently work at a hotel in a spa as a floor manager. Experience

I have worked at Laronza beauty spa for six months as a receptionist. I was dealing with bookings, and helping with treatment if extra help was needed. I worked as a lister for four months at cencus as it was a temporarily employment. I currently work at indaba hotel Spa and conferencing as a floor manager at the Spa, from 2013. I help with taking bookings, attend guest needs & desires  immediately. Responsible in management float and final cash up.
