As recent graduate I am pationate about the HR profession. 
I have been working as customer services admin for almost a year, I have gained proper and adequate administrative skills while sticking to tight schedule. My role involved, resolving customer queries through emails and calls, crediting, and invoicing and management of customer hard copy and soft copy documents such as invoices and pod’s.
