 A persistent and accountable Industrial psychology and HR student who is driven by a curiosity to explore the intersection of industrial psychology and business. I have thus far obtained 10 distinctions since matric, including in HR, Communication Science, and Industrial Psychology. I am seeking an entry-level position where I can apply my skills in workplace behaviour and management. I am eager to contribute to a professional environment that values these competencies. 

As a final-year Industrial psychology and HR student at Eduvos, I have developed strong analytical, communication, problem-solving skills through a combination of coursework, projects, and practical experiences. I have successfully completed various academic projects, including the ones done in Research Methodology and Statistical analysis which I have applied in various case studies, including a project on employee performance analysis and a research project on community health program effectiveness. These experiences have prepared me to apply psychological insights to HR challenges, enhancing organizational success and employee well-being.

As a final-year student pursuing a degree in Psychology and Human Resources at Eduvos, I have gained comprehensive knowledge in both fields, with a focus on understanding human behavior and organizational dynamics. My studies have provided me with a solid foundation in psychological theories, employee behaviour, and HR management practices, including recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
