I am self-motivated, I strive to learn something new every day for the sake of self-improvement, I consider myself a self-improvement addict, even if I can improve by 1% every day, I am happy because if I am consistent by the end of the year, I would have improved by 365%. I also have a student learning ability; I am not afraid to ask if I do not understand something. My High School Teacher used to say if you do not know something and you ask, you only become a fool for few seconds but if you do not ask you remain an ignorant fool forever and I truly believe in his theory and I apply it in my everyday life.
I am currently working as a Freelance Supervisor for a seasonal Customer Service Research project. My current employment duties include: listening to calls and coaching call centre agents on how to use telephone etiquette when interacting with customers, coaching field employees on how to communicate with customers when conducting face to face Customer Service Market Research, report writing of employees performance, Data capturing of Customers feedback after conducting surveys/interviews, Performance appraisals of employees. I have 4 years data capturing, Customer Service Research and Call Center (inbound and outbound) experience .
