Dealing with all administration duties, not limited to recruitment, training, on boarding of new employees, drafting of contracts, capturing data on the HR system. Opening and closing of the department, ordering of all procurement. Managing finance, ensuring that the budget forecast are set for financial year and manage expenses. Payroll management ensuring that time and attendance is adhered to and schedules are correct and updated. Leave management.
