Nonhlanhla Khanyile

I am a well disciplined young lady with a strong desire to learn new things and acquire various skills that can aid to my growth as an individual. I believe in upholding the values of every workspace I enter. I am friendly towards every person l meet and I love being a part of the reason behind their smiles. I am also able to work well in teams and I strive to produce great results together with my team and as an individual.

I worked as an events-co ordinator at Divine Glory City. My duties included planning and scheduling up and coming events, meeting with the vendors and negotiating for pricing, room designing and food set up, making payments to the vendors and ensuring there is no loss from the equipment that was hired. I am currently working at Standard Bank as an Account Management Consultant. In my current job, my duties include handling complaints and resolving issues, assisting clients capture online applications, offering support to clients by answering questions and l train people who are on boarding and are still new to the systems used within the department and provide suitable guidance on processes to follow when handling client's accounts. 

I completed Grade 12 in 2019 and l obtained a Bachelors pass. In the year 2021, l did a one year course at the University of Johannesburg and obtained a Higher Certificate in Local Management and Governance
