I am currently on a learnership Programe at Makro Pmb  which ends is January 2024. I have eighteen months experience in the marketing department as a Marketing assistant. My responsibilities included supporting the work of a marketing manager, check synage on a daily basis , send promotions to commercial customers, attend customer queries, call customers on a daily basis, manage calendar, plan and attend card recruitment campaigns. Participate in planning and and implementing marketing strategies. 

Obtained Marketing Management N6 for at uMgungumdlovu TVET (Msunduzi Campus)  in 2015, with the following modules Market research, marketing communication, sales and marketing management

Call Center Oprations at  Boston City Campus in 2018, my modules included principles of customer service, understanding the Internet, spreadsheet, presentation graphics, outloolk, reception skills and business skills
