Experience

Communicating with clients telephonically to help set systems or resolve issues.
Maintain computer systems and provide support for end user problems as well as repairing computer systems to improve speed and reliability of operations. Analyse, design, assess, and implement a secured and optimized network solutions based on business requirements. Verify a proper installation and configuration of workstation hardware and software for productive network operation.
