Experience

Communicating with clients telephonically to help set systems or resolve issues.
Maintain computer systems and provide support for end user problems as well as repairing computer systems to improve speed and reliability of operations. Analyse, design, assess, and implement a secured and optimized network solutions based on business requirements. Verify a proper installation and configuration of workstation hardware and software for productive network operation.
• Utilize computer systems and office automation to code, enter and manage overly sensitive and confidential information.
• Patch software programs to close security loopholes and update systems with latest functionality.
• Organize cables to prevent tangling and prevent confusion for other technicians.
