Byron Grainger

Leveraging the skills of being the Technical Head of a biometric solutions company and having
over 25 years of experience in the electronic security industry, I co-founded Yello Solutions. This
includes experience in Hospitality Locks, Biometric Recognition, CCTV, Time and Attendance,
Access Control, Security Systems, Fire Detection and Electronic Article Surveillance security
systems.
I am a driven, self-motivated and focused individual with the ability to think on my feet and solve
complex problems both technical and staff related. My strong interpersonal skills and technical
knowledge have helped me forge long-term relationships with key accounts ensuring customer
loyalty and ongoing sales. Having good communication skills assisted me in forging sound
working relationships with staff, being supportive and assertive where necessary. My attention to
detail and strong sense of accountability guarantee that the client’s expectations are
exceeded.
