I am Nomawethu Stemela, I reside in Cape town Khayelitsha and I am looking for remote work. I have Customer Service, Sales, Airline, Student Advisor and Online English Tutoring experience. I am passionate about all experience, and I can easily adapt to change. I am currently looking for stability and showcase my interpersonal skills. I am very ambitious as I always set goals for myself and always strive for success. I ensure that I always work hard in any task given, I am a team player and very efficient.
I am always keen to learn/ explore new ventures, I believe in setting high expectations to achieve positive results. I don't give up at all, I always ensure I find the elements of success even in a negative situation. I am professional and always consistent in my duties.
Experience
I have Customer Service experience at Tenacity Financial Service, I was taking inbound calls for the Ackerman's campaign, meeting the companies KPI's, making outbound calls to follow up on customers application forms.
I have experience working at Mind-pearl as an Airline Agent for Qantas airlines that in Australia, I helped with self-service, take inbound calls, meet their KPI's and worked on the Amadeus system. I have experience in working at a Automative company which was Avis as a Car rental agent, making new reservations, assisting with payments, rentals on vehicles, check in and out vehicles for customers, advise on going promotions, follow up on extended rentals and CRM system tools.
I was also a Online English Tutor for TutorABC assisting students from China, Taipei, Taiwan and America on developing new skills in English. I would focus on grammar, pronunciation, active listening and reading. These skills assisted the students to up skill their English development skills, I got paid through commination based on ratings I got after each lesson from students, we had KPI's/ daily targets.
I was also a Student Advisor at Pearson where I worked in office and outdoor environment, assisting students with career exhibitions, enrolling their new applications, advising on payments/bursaries and student loans. Interacting with students and parents on any information they need on a course they would be interested in, making new appointments daily for sales and I have CRM experience.
My current experience is working at Webhelp on the Easyjet Holidays campaign, taking inbound and outbound calls from customers and travel agents. Meeting my daily and monthly targets, completing administration work and creating new sales that's selling flighting with accommodation and transfers.
I would do a group booking of a maximum if 40 people.
I also worked on the email department where I assisted customers and travel agents on their enquires.
Assisting travel agents from refunds team, checking availability, follow up on complaints and resolving customers complaints on our website. I also assist with self-service and amending the holiday packages.
Education
I have studied at Simon Estes music High School and completed my matric in 2009.
I also completed a Computer Course at Boland College in 2010.
