For the past 17 years I worked as an administrator at Absa Bank, within different departments :managing & distribution of daily work to the team, from 3 mail boxes, procurement functions ( creating purchase orders and invoice payments), general office admin and supporting different teams e.g management teams ( booking of meetings, minute taking & distribution, ordering of stationery and distribution, reporting of faulty equipment , consolidation of the teams corporate card expenses etc.
Special skills acquired over the years include: Microsoft word, excel, outlook , Sap SRM, Sap S4 Hana, Sap ERP, SharePoint.
I am passionate about helping stakeholders especially in resolving complex vendor issues with invoice payments for large vendors.

I was employed at Topics clothing for 2 & half years and then at ABSA bank for 17 years and during this time I worked as:
- Customer assistant 2000-2003 (Topics clothing)
- Catering assistance between 2004 & 2008 (ABSA bank)
- Team assistant 2008-2012 (ABSA bank)
- Business Administrator 2012-2022 (ABSA bank)
