I have experience as a Customer Service and Operations Manager for 10 years at Absa Benmore Gardens, Balfour Park and Sandton City. My role included duties like managing operating level and service level agreements, demonstrating value by measuring total turnaround times and client experience, managing effective mandate to ensure segregation of duties and mitigation of risk as well as identifying talent retention, engagement and reward strategies with the aim of driving staff performance through visible leadership, mentoring and coaching (just to name a few). I also have experience as an HR Administrator at Tshabalala Waste Management and Transport. I thrived in ensuring accurate and proper record keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format, assisting with CCMA administration, being the first point of contact regarding any HR related query and other HR related duties. 

I graduated from Boston Business college with a Computer Clerk qualification. I then continued my studies at BMT college and graduated with a diploma in Human Resource Management.
