I have gained a wide experience on welding technology and inspection from raw material to finished painted products. I have been involved in medium to large manufacturing workshops using main welding processes such as MIG/MAG, FCW, MMA, SAW and TIG on stainless and carbon steels. My abilities include to test, qualify and approve both welders and welding procedures by sending samples to the laboratory and file data for clients and audit purposes. My main focus for the near future is to maintain quality assurance within a manufacturing organization where can develop and enhance the welding system.

• Compiling welding procedures (PQR’s and WPS’s) per item including the process, joint design, essential variables and preheats according to client and code specifications.
• Compile Welders Performance Qualifications to all qualification ranges in accordance with code requirements both EN and ASME.
• Assessing material grades and their metallurgy according to certificates and ISO standards.
• Compilation of weld maps and test plans as per project.
• Reviewing and approving initial quality documents and technical procedures before start of manufacturing to ensure compliance.
• Witnessing of material stamp transfers in presence of third-party Inspector.
• Performing inspection activities as per QCP and sign off intervention points thereafter.
• Generate reports on inspection done and present quality data books to clients and/or AIA.
