Nikita Emily Wrensch

I am a honest, hardworking self motivated lady with years of customer support and admin experience. A peoples person and a team player with eagerness to grow in any given environment and I believe I will be an asset to any company I am given the opportunity to grow in. 

I have worked in retail, and call centers as well as sales f2f and on calls, I also have managerial experience in cake and catering business. My strongest points in my professional experience would be in call center customer support auditing and admin working through CRM systems aswell and MS. My work is my pride and I don't leave a customer hanging or without a solution to a query. Quality is important in any field.

I have completed grade 11 and did grade 12 but was incomplete due to unforseen circumstances. Further education and learning was through companies I worked for eg. ICS exams which were completed in order to provide fair customer service.
