About Ndamulelo Ndou:
I matriculated from Mphaphuli High School in 2008. In 2010 I enrolled for a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree at the University of Venda, I graduated with the said degree in 201 4. I thereafter severed, and completed my articles of clerkship at Ledwaba Mazwai Attorneys, on February 2017. On March 2017 I joined Maphoso Mokoena attorneys as an associate attorney, I hold this position to date. I was admitted as an attorney of the High court on 15 August 2017.
Experience
I have experience in the following:
Drafting and Reviewing of Legal documents, such as, Combined Summonses, Application for Default Judgments, Summary Judgments, Liquidations Applications, Sequestration Applications, and Writs of Execution, Discovery Notices, Plea, Replications and Counter-Claims, notice of set-down, and notice to Amend.
Attending Labour / Employment Law related matters including appearances at CCMA proceedings, and Internal Arbitrations, Bargaining Councils, and Labour Court proceedings.
