Kirsti Barratt

I am an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. I constantly seek the opportunity to enhance my knowledge and experience in the legal sphere. 

I served two years as a Candidate attorney at Segie Moodley and Associates. I gained experience in winding up of deceased estates, drafting of wills, contracts and liquidation and distribution accounts. Attending to queries at the Masters office and at Court.

I currently work for Malan Naidoo and Partners as Attorney in the High Court litigation department dealing with Road Accident fund matters, Divorce proceedings,  consultation with clients, state attorneys and briefing counsel. Drafting of pleadings, contracts and wills. 

I obtained a bacherlors pass in matric from kingsway High school in 2015.

In 2019, I obtained my LLB degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

In 2022, I was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
