Experience

  1. PAYROLL PROCESSING (+-2000 people)
  • Do adjustments of clocking discrepancies on the Time & Attendance system.
  • Approve overtime and do scheduling on T & A system.
  • Capture data in Payroll system for processing.
  • Capture Sick Leave in Payroll system (Sage people 300)
  • Assist Senior Wage clerk with final Payroll processing, File exports and running of various reports!
  • MBFA death, maternity, sick fund, and disability claims
  • Terminations
  • Add new employees.
  • Administer loans (Tool, cash, and staff loans)
  • T&A (Sick and leave processing)
  • Print payslips and distribute to payroll clerks.

 

 

Education

Hello, I completed NQ level 4 in 2012 but I need to register to rewrite 2 subjects to complete grade 12. Classes start on 4 September 2023 and then exams in May 2024
