Run reports to communicate progress and project performance to the relevant Internal audiences Provide updates and support in the development of daily and weekly reports, dashboards and other communications Contact sites telephonically to get relevant project related information Serve as a project librarian, keeping accurate records of project documentation Submitting electronic Purchase Requests , Purchase Orders to Finance and Asset Mangement Log calls for relevant projects on SAP Updating Project Calls on SAP with invoicing details Update relevant project reports where applicable Collate worksheets and required Project documentation Communicate administrative delays to Project Lead Provide daily accurate feedback and reports as required.
Define and set goals for the team Create an inspiring environment for the team Assign duties and delegate the same to others depending on their individual skills and talents Micromanage the progress that the team makes, and review the same, each day Monitor various metrics including team performance Understand the shortcomings of various team members and provide them with the requisite training Initiation of Disciplinary Hearings, Including packs.
