Natasha Sewraj

Natasha developed a passion for law while employed as a Para-Legal Secretary. She successfully obtained her Bachelor of Laws in 2018 and was admitted as an Attorney in the High Court of South Africa in 2022. She has been involved with property law since 2002 and has had complete exposure
to the Deeds Office and correspondence with various institutions and parties involved in transactions from time of conception to registration.
Natasha is a loyal, punctual, dedicated, organized and hardworking individual who always strives to do her utmost best when presented with any task. She is someone who is always willing to learn and is able to work within a team as well as take individual initiative. She has a very teachable nature, and
aims to work as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Drafting of legal documents including but not limited to Deed of Sale’s, Deed of Transfer’s, Ante-Nuptial Contracts, Notarial Deed’s, Lease Agreement’s, Building Contract’s, Wills, correspondence and liaising with clients and various institutions including but not limited to City Councils, Banks, Body Corporates, Corresponding Attorney Firms. Interpretation of contracts and advisory channel for colleagues.
FICA – Regulatory Compliance and Reporting to FIC, KYC on-boarding and AML Monitoring
