I'm currently an inbound Operations coordinator. My current role is supporting the department across all required administrative, coordinative functions and duties in line with SOPs as well as assigned Inbound queries.

My previous roles entailed Staff management: Induction, training, IR, development, staff scheduling, casual wages, time management, typing of letters.

  • Staff management: Recruitment. Induction, training, IR, development, staff scheduling, casual wages, time management, typing of letters
  • Cash & Risk management: Cash lifts, cash up’s, banking, and Petty cash
  • Stock management: review financial statements, sales & activity reports to be 
    actioned, perpetual stock takes weekly, write offs, service orders, negative 
    stock, stock takes yearly
  • Negotiate with the supplier for specials based on last year's advertising 
  • Detailed analysis and reporting of operational performance on all suppliers 
    allocated to me on the local supply chain to secure optimal lead times for 
    increased sales and customer satisfaction. (KPI)
  • Monitor, and report discrepancies with the Warehouse, Suppliers and 
    Accounts team to secure process and claims compliance.
