Passionate about human potential and resilience, my approach has always been goal orientated and value creation. By absorbing information, analysing potential, and creating an environment conducive towards better decision making, I seek to cultivate the potential in others. While being personally disciplined and solution focused, I am also able to build and sustain strong interpersonal relationships. Apart from being a Registered Psychometrist I also have experience in the field of interpersonal mediation, content writing and account management. While continuing my formal tertiary education I was successfully self-employed in the field of content writing and mediation for 8 years. I have a post graduate qualification in Psychology, diplomas in Public Relations and Content Writing. I am also a certified family mediator and hold a certificate in HR management from the University of Cape Town.
