With more than 26 years of experience leading HR operations, including over two decades in regional HR roles within the hospitality and entertainment sectors, I bring a deep understanding of people management, compliance, and organizational culture.

During my tenure as Regional HR Manager at Tsogo Sun’s Mykonos Casino and Caledon Casino Hotel & Spa, I oversaw HR operations for over 300 employees, implementing end-to-end HR strategies in recruitment, payroll, employment relations, and training. My leadership extended across regulatory compliance, performance management, and transformation planning. More recently, I have broadened my expertise through consulting and virtual roles, offering HR and administrative support to SMEs and international clients.

My ability to work across complex organizations and remote setups, combined with my deep technical knowledge of HR systems such as SAGE, VIP Payroll, Honeycomb time & Attendance and MyView, allows me to contribute meaningfully to both strategic and operational goals.
