Nasierah Abrahams

As an aspiring HR Professional, I have completed my Advanced Diploma in HR in 2021, having graduated as the Top Achiever Overall in my Advanced Diploma Class. I am a formidable leader, constantly utilising my communication, listening and critical thinking skills to eradicate conflict and ensure team and individual cohesion.

I have worked as a Merchandiser at 365 on Point in 2017 during my matric year, unpacking stock, ensuring outdated stock are removed and regularly checking the labels of stock.

In 2018, I was employed as a Cashier/Sales Assistant at Ackermans during the University Holidays and this role requested regular job rotation whereas I had to assistance customers with the final purchase of goods as well as assistance to find products within the store whilst checking if stock is available in the stockroom.

In 2019, I worked as a Brand Ambassador for 365 on Point, occurring during the University Holidays and this exposed me to a variation of customers, their attributes, demeanour as well as behaviour thus ensuring I convince them to consider or purchase the product that I promoted.

In 2022, I worked as a Brand Ambassador at L’Oréal, and this role exposed me to customers from around the world as I worked in a prominent store, thus enabling me to various customers and having the challenge of convincing customers to purchase goods without testing it, due to Covid-19.

I have recently completed my Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, achieving the highest Overall Mark and obtaining the Marius Meyer Student Excellence Award in 2022
