My name is Kgolagano Mahuma,21 Years Old.I am a Hardworking, highly motivated professional eager to lend combined knowledge and skills to enhance business performance. Worked as a supplemental instruction leader at North West University , the job included by not limited to :Collaborated with teachers to develop lesson plans, assessments and instructional materials.
Facilitated SI sessions with a focus on developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Administered and proctored academic or diagnostic assessments. 
 

And currently I am an HR intern at OUTsurance.Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Conducting all background checks and references, keeping record thereof. Running & Interpreting MIS Reports.
