• Establish Internal Test methods that will inform operational processes, meeting both national and international standards.
• Calibration of Equipment, Creating BOM and product code
• Charing of Quarterly Management Review Meeting
• Providing Customer or client Support
• Creating & maintain Internal Reporting systems

• Managing the entire manufacturing process from budget to implementation within
• budgets.
• Managing daily performances and outputs through formalized data reporting and
• analysis.
• The function ranges from general shop floor employees to highly specialized
• operators, shop floor engineers as well as senior shop floor management.
• Development programs are in place for specific skills uplift-ment through internal
• training programs as well as external providers.
• Implementing systems of continual growth, through material sourcing, engineering
• strategies (product flows, plant layouts, multiskilling programs, machine utilization
• programs)
• Managing each structure with formal company aligned planning systems derived
• from the KPIs of the current financial year.
• Managing financial costs through monthly detailed analysis of all finances (material, labour costs, overheads).
• Implementing scrap values based on theoretical values per product/ unit to ensure minimal scrap levels and best operating practices are in place to maximize material yield.
