I'm looking to work for a company where I could use my skills and learn more what's needed to be learned.
In the future if God allow me I'd love to become an Mechanical Engineer.
I still have a lot to learn and along way to go to make it in life.
All I'm looking for is a opportunity and a chance…
Experience
I've started my professional career as an Too jig and die maker apprentice at Rheinmetall in the year 2016.
I've learned everything from measuring equipment, working on lathe machines, milling machines, cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, spark erode machine, precision machining, working under pressure, working on press tools (blanking tools, forming tools, progression tools, fine blanking tools), drilling, welding, building jigs and fixtures, read and interpret technical drawings, working from raw material to final product, boring, filing, basics of( nc milling, nc lathe turning, wire cut)
After my four year apprentice and becoming a qualified tool jig and die maker I had to leave the company in the year 2020.
In October 2020, I got a job as a cnc operator at team wire cut.
My duties were
Cnc milling operator.
Cnc milling setter
I worked on the conventional (Lathe, milling, surface grinding machine as well).
I left there in the year 2021 around May/ June.
I got an opportunity at Rheinmetall where I did my apprentice, to be an intern in Guage and measuring equipment calibration. I become more familiar with tight tolerances, we only understand the language of microns.
And we ensured that everything was calibrated from measuring equipment to different type of gauges.
I did my internship finishing at Rheinmetall at the end of 2022 and got a job at Escape Gauges as Toolmaker.
This is where i got the opportunity to apply all my knowledge of toolmaking, machining to tight tolerances, and calibration of gauges before getting shipped away to a customer.
At Escape gauges I worked from raw materials with different types of steel to finishing product, whether it was was a grinding finish or a lapping finish. All work had to be up to standard.
No time to make scrap and all work need to go out on time.
Even if it means working a whole week 10 to 12 hours.
Education
I have practical certificates for fitting and machining (phase 1,2,3 and 4).
NTC mechanical engineering 2,3,4 with two subjects passed of NTC 5.
Red Seal Artisan.
