Mpendulo Maxwell

Well my name is Mpendulo Maxwell Ntshangase, I have N6 in financial management. I have previously work at Thales as a procurement administrator, I am currently working at Metso Outotec as a procurement specialist contractor.

I have had a great experience with working in many different departments, which have helped me improve my skills in terms of teamwork, administration, adapting in a high-pressure environment and development. 

 I feel that I would be a great asset to the department, as working with people and developing them is one of my greatest skills, whether working as an individual or in a team. I have excellent presentation skills and a high level of commitment and dedication to whichever task I am assigned to. I take pride in my work, and I ensure quality performance in my duties.   

I have developed a high EQ and constantly improve on it to be efficient in the work environment.   

I am currently doing the following at Metso Outotec   

 Handling Projects by creating Purchase orde

 Requesting POD from External Suppliers

Monitor Action of open PO reports- ETA

 Requesting Goods Receipt from Operational purchasing

Updating SAP with order confirmations, price, quantities & Terms & Conditions

Resolving queries from suppliers

Ensuring timeous payment is made to the supplier’s Invoice.

Ensure payments are made within the payment terms.

Expediting Open PO and prepare summary report for MIN Procurement monthly meetings.

Assist with administrative where required.
