Make notes on schedules,

Bank details/ personal information/ telephone number changes,

Generate quotations for clients,

Find value of cars on 'TransUnion Auto Trader',

Breakdown of quotation for potential or current client of new products on policies,

Activation of schedules when approval has been received from management,

Driver assistance (all necessary small work) for example:

Answer phone if management is not at desk and take messages,

Look up client numbers.

Work with printing to make work more fluid for management.

Any further instructions received from management,

Compilation of information for correspondence and/or comparison for feedback to higher management (Samantha/Tish),

Making changes from 'Notes', on policy schedules,

Making changes with Santam and Bro-link, on policy schedules,

                                                Request information from client if necessary to make changes on policy schedules,

Electronic and hard copy filing,

Compilation of any necessary documentation when required.

If necessary, with requisition form, work with refunds and 'forced debits',

Drafting of new policies,

Reactivation of old policies,

Fixing faulty policies (by updating from ALON/CAMS to HD policy),

Work out credit deficit and put on system.

'Day to Day' handling of epics

Basic Training sessions done on sections in training.

Data Capturing and any administrative duties in assisting insurance personal lines
