I have been very fortunate in my career to have an opportunity where I have been able to interact with people from different cultures. I thrive on seeing someone benefit from an increased level of understanding and knowledge and in solving problems to achieve company objectives. I enjoy learning about every aspect of a business, not just a division I was employed to be part of. This allows me to not only grow in my capacity but also be a major contributor to my employer. One of my strongest characteristics is my attention to details and I enjoy the opportunity to identify and improve on any inefficiency that my present itself. I can work both as an individual and as a team. I spent most of my 20 years' work experience in the aluminium industry at SOUTH32 in Richards Bay, working myself through different roles e.g., Production Technician, Production Supervisor, Process Specialist and lastly Process Engineer. I have National Higher Diploma in Extraction Metallurgy from University of Johannesburg and I also have MDP from UNISA
