Job Title: Operations Manager- Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma/ Degree in HR
- Agricultural and Business Diploma / Degree beneficial
- Prior agricultural experience
- 5-10 years experience in operational setting, preferably in agriculture
- Previous packhouse experience required
- Experience with BRC / HACCP beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Prior HR experience required
- Strong management skills
- Ability to motivate employees and lead organizational development
- Drive improved productivity during off-peak seasons
- Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work with and inspire a team
