Experience

In my current role I have created an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, made sure to set clear team goals. In my duties, I delegate tasks and set deadlines, whilst overseeing day-to-day operation. Monitor and motivate team members, whilst discovering training needs and provide subsequent coaching as well as encourage creativity and risk-taking. I currently have 4 years of sales experience within the Telecommunications Industry where I began as a FTTH (Fibre-to-the-Home) Sales Specialist where after 6 months I was promoted to a Sales Team Leader position. With having ventured into this entirely new industry of sales, I have begun my new career path. Whichever industry I am in is of little consequence as I am extremely passionate about sales and I enjoy working with and being surrounded by people on a daily basis. I strive and take pride in delivering the best possible standard of service to all my clients in all aspects of sales and customer service.

It is my utmost priority to build a strong rapport with all my clients by providing them with a personalized sales experience where they fully trust my advice and recommendations. By excelling in this aspect of sales and customer service it is the foundation of building a strong network of existing clients who through their own experience assist you by ensuring a strong referral system. This continuously strengthens your network through word of mouth, the best possible form of advertising and marketing. 

Education

Matric Grade 12 passed and I have studied customer service management in 2022.
