I am a change leader driven by innovation in pursuit of success. My core capabilities include critical thinking through analysing of data, environmental scanning and behavioural observation of role-player activities. I can identify talent by partnering with team members to harness their skills to achieve organisational objectives. I am well-balanced in forming lasting team cohesion through setting clear goals, coaching and holding people accountable. I believe that leaders achieve results when they demonstrate their openness to listen, honesty, integrity, vision and recognising of individual performance.

I have been in management and leadership for 16 years at various levels ranging from middle to senior management. I occupied a senior operations manager position from June 2012 to January 2023. From February 2023 to date, I have been freelancing as a project manager as part of the development and engineering division within Tracker.
