Mitchel Tembo

I have hands-on experience in software development, quality assurance, and data validation, gained through my role as a Software Engineering Intern and various freelance projects. My work has involved building and testing React-based applications, debugging, improving system reliability, and ensuring data accuracy. These experiences strengthened my attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow structured guidelines all essential for data training and model evaluation in AI. I’m now expanding my skills toward AI data annotation and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) to contribute to developing more accurate and human-aligned AI systems.

I am completing my Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering at Zimbabwe Open University, graduating in November. My studies have given me a solid foundation in programming, algorithms, and data management. This background has strengthened my analytical and problem-solving skills, which align perfectly with AI data training, model evaluation, and quality assurance work.
