With over 15 years' experience in the pump industry and has worked on numerous large-scale projects. With the aim of continuous improvement and to better oneself and up skill those around you through motivation, engaging and support, made the transition into Operations management and General management seamless.

Through various sales and consulting courses throughout the years in the work environment, has instilled the kaizen philosophy to embark on various projects.

in the industry various pump training either through intranet or external organisations, has nurtured my engineering and technical aptitude. ITT , Xylem water and waste water as well as Godwin Pumps 101.
