Zandile Stuurman

began my career in the Supply Chain industry working as a Buyer and Planner; working with suppliers from both local, African and international countries in various continents ranging from Asia, America and Europe. 

I have acquired and achieved extensive experience across numerous business disciplines, working with various methodologies and processes. I have held various leadership positions for clients and organizations in developing and implementing business processes, designing and developing supply chain models, procurement strategies and production planning.

My working experience and knowledge spans across many industries including manufacturing, Information Technology, business services, recruitment and transportation. I spent 5 years working in the IT business processes discipline assisting the motoring and manufacturing industries in shaping, streamlining and modelling their processes to suit their target market as well comply and allow for an easier, more profitable and more structured business approach.

I have developed strong capabilities in business analysis, facilitating strategic discussions and helping them define and deliver sustainable solutions. I work well with client leadership and have the ability to manage and evaluate projects. My ability to work independently, lead and work in teams is what defines my lasting working ethic and delivery.

I have been working as a Project Manager in the Project Benefits Management space where I advise on Business Case legibility, organizational process analysis through profiling, modelling and project benefit tracking and evaluation in the Rail Industry.

I am currently working on a project at the Energy Regulator of South Africa where I am reviewing the SCM Standard Operating Procedure Manual as well as aligning the SOPM to the SCM Policy and Delegation of Authority.  

I have headed the SCM, Business Development and Marketing of one of SA's leading black owned engineering consulting firms.
