Puma Energy Sep 2020 – May 2023 (2yrs 9 mos) Regional Retail Convenience Lead – Africa Collaborating with the global team, I spearheaded and executed progressive strategies for retail systems (POS, BOS, HOS), convenience retail (CR), and non-fuel retail (NFR) expansion across 12 African nations, elevating Puma Energy's network. TotalEnergies Sep 2000 – May 2019 (18 yrs 9 mos) Divisional Manager: Convenience Retail, Retail Marketing, Retail Systems and Loyalty Jun 2017 – May 2019 (2 yrs) I took charge of the Convenience Retail and non-fuel strategy, retail marketing, and retail systems (POS / BOS / HOS). Through the creation and execution of marketing strategies and standards, we boosted promotional sales from 4% to 12% of turnover.
