Daily tasks & Responsibilities:
Requesting hospital records & doctor’s notes, dockets and all applicable
documentation to institute a third-party claim against the RAF on behalf of new
clients.
Submission of all documentation to the RAF.
Handling of all Estate files, (no formal training received yet).
Handling of the submitted portfolio in collaboration with the Director and
Associate.
Handling of all enquiries from clients in my portfolio (submitted & nonsubmitted).
Arrange with assessors and courier for the collection of documentation.
Liaise with hospitals and doctors to follow up on requests for records.
Typing all Litigation documentation.
Sending all Litigation documentation to the RAF and various other entities like
the High Court and the Master of the High Court.
Attending to all procedures of Deceased Estates.
REASON FOR LEAVING:
Commute is getting too expensive. Need a job closer to home.
