ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

• Recording attendance and filing reports on student absences

Entering and updating information. Responsible for capturing and managing data from within a company. This person is responsible for ensuring that data is collected, organized, and stored in a way that is accessible and usable. This person is also responsible for ensuring that data is processed in a way that meets the needs of the company.

A data entry position that captures, records, and logs all the data entry operations performed by the individual. They are responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date data is captured for all the projects they are assigned to.

Responsible for the capture, management, analysis and reporting of data from a variety of sources. This may include data from physical or virtual systems, or from data sources managed by other applications or systems. The data capturer must be able to collect and process data in a timely manner, while meeting the stringent requirements of quality, accuracy and completeness.
