Responsible for processing day to day financial transactions which include but not limited to: 

• Loading of payments as well as documentation review 

• Supplier processing and reconciliation 

• Open orders management and reconciliation 

• Monthly creditors reconciliations 

• Preparation and execution of supplier payments 

• Daily Fuel statements and slips reconciliation. 

• Parts stock management
