I am interested in generating new product ideas and recipes

• modifying and improving existing recipes
• designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on a large scale
• liaising with marketing staff
• ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards are met
• identifying and choosing products from suppliers
• monitoring the use of additives
• testing and examining samples
• writing reports.

My strongest attributes include managing multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm, and prioritise workloads with great attention to detail. I also have excellent communication skills that allow me to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.

Presently i am volunteering  at University of Johannesburg at the laboratory analysing the phenolic content on products which I enjoy most. This exercise helps one to modify and improve existing recipes. Ensure that hygiene food safety is being followed, monitor the use of additives, testing and writing the report, to count but few.

I am a 3rd year student at University of Johannesburg studying Food Technology .
