Working for The Business of Fashion has enabled me to further my writing skills and to learn the journalistic tools that truly brings a story to life. I have also had the incredible experience of having multiple featured stories published through the publication over the last year. In addition to this work experience, I have also worked for the Gender Studies department at the University of Cape Town. This previous work experience allowed my enthusiasm for producing meticulous work to bloom in the position I held. I am a detailed orientated person and a people person who thrives and is energised by interacting and working with people from various walks of life, where my tutoring experiences at the University of Cape Town exposed me to diverse ranges of students who differed in age from young adults to working professionals, which in turn enabled me to work well with various people from diverse age groups and backgrounds.

 I have my Undergraduate degree majoring in Gender Studies and Film and Media. In addition,  I have my Postgraduate degree majoring in Gender Studies.
