I am passionate about Quality and have been successfully implementing and maintaining ISO standards for the past 12 years. I have worked with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 17020.

My strategic approach allows me to chair meetings at EXCO level, while my hands-on approach can be seen in the operational departments.

I add value through a cost saving approach and doing it right the first time..

I have worked with ISO standards which are regulated (ISO 17020) and non-regulated (ISO 9001).

Working for international organisations has taught me the fine balancing act between multiple stakeholders who have different ideas and interests at heart. I have learned to manage people in the corporate sector to blue collar factory staff.

I am a 9001 Lead Auditor and am currently doing an on-line course in ISO 27001
