Nokukhanya Shangase

My name is Nokukhanya Shangase I am 23 years old, I am a mother of one. I currently live in Soweto with my son, sister and niece. I currently work as a Customer Service Administrator at Lithotech. I have been working for Lithotech for 4 years in this role.

While I was busy completing my NQF 4 in Marketing, I was also receiving full-time (on the job training) as a Sales administrator/ Customer service clerk for Lithotech. My responsibilities in this role included processing of orders, answering customer queries, giving customers quotations, speaking with customers over the telephone, email and face-to-face, processing and sending out invoices, providing internal administrative support to the account manager, updating customer databases on CRM, monitoring and managing stock movements, placing orders with the suppliers, assisting customers with queries relating to deliveries, organising deliveries with internal logistics, updating monthly stock reports for the customer, managing the customer’s account.

I completed my Grade 12 in 2015 and then I started doing my NQF Level 4 in Marketing  from 2017 and completed the course in 2019. I received training in Customer Service and also did a course on Microsoft Excel Intermediate
